David FarnhamFormer PresidentDavid served as president from 2017 to 2025, and was a director since 2015. An engineer, he spent his career overcoming difficult business challenges though innovative use of advanced technology. He is retired from the Army Reserve. David has served on the board or management committee of three other nonprofits. He enjoys researching family and property histories. "Living in Falmouth means you can't kick over a stone without finding a story beneath it." |

| David has served as assistant treasurer since 2017 and continues to serve in this role after stepping down as presient.. He is an ex officio, non-voting member of the board but acts as treasurer in the absence of the treasurer. The treasurer's position has been vacant since 2017. | |||

Rich MeserveFormer Vice PresidentRich served on the board from 2015 until 2025. He is a teacher at Westbrook High School. In addition to having taught in a wide variety of academic settings for many years, he has been a school administrator and served in the Maine Department of Education. He holds undergrad and graduate degrees in history and is excited to be a part of the Society. He has lived on and off in Falmouth since 1970. Rich encourages younger Falmouth residents to become members of the Society and learn more about the town where they live. |

Erin Bishop CadiganFormer DirectorErin has served on the board from 2016 until 2021. She is a historian and museum consultant. She has a B.A. from Carroll College in History and French, and an M.A. and PhD in History from University College Dublin. She served as Director of Education for the Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum and has also worked for the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency, Maine Archives and Museums, Maine Maritime Museum, and the Town of Falmouth. |

Wendy MorrissetteFormer Director
Wendy served on the board from 2021 until 2023. She brings knowledge of the town, experience working with other nonprofits, and a passion for history and genealogy. She has undergraduate and graduate degrees in education. Wendy and her family have lived in Falmouth since 2000. |
